Yi Xiaoguang (Chinese: 乙晓光; born 1958) is a lieutenant general of the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) of China. He is currently the Deputy Chief of General Staff of the People's Liberation Army. He is an alternate member of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, where he is ranked 166 out of 168 members (ranking is based on votes in favour at the Party Congress).

Yi was born in Shuyang County, Jiangsu. He went to military school. In 2011 he was named commander of the air force of the Nanjing Military Region. He obtained the rank of lieutenant general in 2012.[1] Beginning in December 2012 he served as assistant to the Chief of General Staff, before getting promoted to Deputy Chief of Staff himself in 2014.[2]
