Awards Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross

Wilhelm Beuttel (22 July 1901 – 25 March 1945) was a highly decorated Major der Reserve in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Wilhelm Beuttel was killed on 25 March 1945 in Vorwerk Reinschenhof East Prussia in the Heiligenbeil Pocket.
