Viktor Pavlenko (Ukrainian: Віктор Олексійович Павленко) was a Ukrainian military and political figure.
Biography[]
Born in Kuban on November 10, 1886, Pavlenko finished the Chuhuiv cadet infantry school in 1909 and the aviation school in Kacha near Sevastopol.
During the World War I (1914-1917) as Lieutenant Colonel of Aviation for the Imperial Russian Army, Pavlenko was in charge for air security of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief headquarters (Stavka) in Mogilev.
