Vasily Ilyich Mykhlik (Russian: Васи́лий Ильи́ч Мы́хлик) (1922-1996) was an aviation commander of the Soviet Army and pilot during the Great Patriotic War, twice Hero of the Soviet Union and recipient of several other awards.[1]
