USS Rush has been the name of more than one United States Navy ship, and may refer to:
- USS Rush (SP-712), a patrol boat commissioned in 1917 and wrecked later the same year
- USS Rush (WSC-151), a United States Coast Guard cutter commissioned in 1927 which served in the United States Navy as a patrol craft from 1941 to 1946 and was decommissioned in 1947; the ship was responsible for the expression "get there before the Rush"
