USS Constitution Museum

The USS Constitution Museum "serves as the memory and educational voice of USS Constitution, by collecting, preserving, and interpreting the stories of "Old Ironsides" and the people associated with her."[1]

The nonprofit, privately run museum is located at the former Charlestown Navy Yard, near the US Navy's USS Constitution. The museum is housed in a restored shipyard building at the foot of Pier 2. The Navy Yard is located at the end of Boston's Freedom Trail, in Charlestown, Massachusetts, and is part of the Boston National Historical Park.
