Siyavakhsh or Siavos was a Sasanian nobleman who was descended from Bahram Chobin, the famous Sasanian spahbed and briefly shahanshah. He played a key role in the murder of Farrukh Hormizd during the Sasanian civil war of 628-632. In 651 during the Arab conquest of Iran, the Arabs with the aid of Farrukhzad, invaded Ray, where they defeated and killed Siyavakhsh.
