Saitō Tomonobu (斎藤 朝信 , 1527–1591) was an officer under the Uesugi clan following the Sengoku period of Japan in the 16th century.
During the expedition into the Kantō region, and the Invasion of Etchū, he indeed made quite a name for himself. Other than being a grand warrior, it is known that in administration skills, he was very gifted. Uesugi Kenshin placed him in a high place of trust.
