Philip Scot Davidson (born 1960) is a four-star admiral in the United States Navy who currently serves as Commander, United States Fleet Forces Command since December 19, 2014. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1982 and is also an alumnus of the United States Naval War College. Davidson has also served as Commander of the United States Sixth Fleet, commander, Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO, and deputy commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Africa.[1][2]
His awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat "V," a Superior Honor Award from the U.S. Department of State, and other personal, service, unit and campaign awards.[3][4]
