The Office of Civil Defense (OCD), is the civil defense arm of the Department of National Defense in charge of enforcing and implementing the regulations setforth by Republic Act 10121.[1]
The OCD utilizes the various resources of its sister agencies, such as the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, Philippine Coast Guard, and the Bureau of Fire Protection, in providing Civil Defense Training and security set-ups within the entire Philippine Archipelago.[1]
