Nikolai Kormiltsev (Russian: Николай Кормильцев; born 1946, Omsk) was Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces from 2001 to 2004, before being replaced by Alexey Maslov.

Kormiltsev was a Colonel General when he became C-in-C Ground Forces, but after about two years in the position was promoted to Army General in 2003.[1]
