Nikolai Karotamm (October 23, 1901, Pärnu – September 21, 1969) was an Estonian communist politician. Following the Second World War led multiple Repatriation Teams to DP camps in Germany. He was a member of the Communist Party of Estonia. He died in Moscow.[1]
