Rear Admiral Niall Stuart Roderick Kilgour CB is a former Royal Navy officer who served as Commander Operations and Rear Admiral, Submarines.

Educated at Pangbourne College,[1] Kilgour joined the Royal Navy in 1968 and went on to be Commanding Officer of the frigate HMS Norfolk and Commander, 6th Frigate Squadron in 1994, Commander Amphibious Task Group in 1998 and Commander Operations and Rear Admiral, Submarines in February 2002.[2] He retired in June 2004.[2]
In retirement he became Chief Executive of The Hurlingham Club.[3]
