Lieutenant-General Ng Chee Meng is the current Chief of the Defence Force of the Singapore Armed Forces as of 27 March 2013.[1] He is the second Air Force Officer in Singapore's military history to hold this post after Bey Soo Khiang. He is the brother of the Chief of Navy, Rear-Admiral Ng Chee Peng and also the brother of Security and Intelligence Division Director Ng Chee Khern.

He was promoted to a three star general in June 2013.[2]
