Field Marshal of Malaysian Army, Air Force Marshal, and Admiral of the Fleet is only served for Yang di-Pertuan Agong (the King) or the state Rulers.
Other military-based organization ranks[]
- RELA Corps and TSNJ ranks is equal to Army ranks, but the RELA Corps and TSNJ ranking grades is different. TSNJ has their own service grade and basic salary scale. While RELA Corps has their own basic salary and allowance scale, but RELA Corps has no fixed service grade.
- MMEA ranks is equal to Royal Navy ranks, but MMEA has their own service grade and basic salary scale.
