The regiment has the following organisation:

  • Livkompaniet, which trains new recruits in basic military training (GMU in Swedish).
  • Luftvärnetsstridskola (Air Defence Combat School), which trains officers (KMU in Swedish).
  • 70 Company, 97/23 Company, Management Company and the Logistics Company.
  • Hallands group which trains one home guard battalion; 45th Battalion, a light infantry unit.
