The nation of North Korea has conducted a number of nuclear tests. These include:
- 2006 North Korean nuclear test, North Korea's first nuclear test which may have resulted as a nuclear fizzle.
- 2009 North Korean nuclear test, North Korea's first unambiguously successful nuclear test.
- 2013 North Korean nuclear test, a 1 km underground test, which may shortly include one or two more nuclear weapons.[1][2]
