This is a Chinese name; the family name is Lee.
Lee Hsi-min (Chinese: 李喜明; pinyin: Lǐ Xǐmíng; Wade–Giles: Li Hsi-ming) is a military personnel of the Republic of China (Taiwan). He has been commander of the Republic of China Navy (ROCN) since 31 January 2015.[1][2] He was graduated from the 1977 class of the ROC Naval Academy and the 1998 class of the U.S. Naval War College.
