Irwin Hendrick Dregne (2 January 1917 – 18 September 1967) was a colonel in the United States Air Force and commanded the 357th Fighter Group during World War II from 2 December 1944 – 21 July 1945.[1][2] During the Korean Conflict he was group operations officer of the 51st Fighter Interceptor Group from September 1950 to February 1951.
