The Ilyushin Il-103 is a single-engined, low-winged training aircraft, the Ilyushin Design Bureau started its development in 1990 in the Soviet Union and the aircraft is now produced in Russia.[1] It was the first Russian aircraft to achieve Federal Aviation Administration certification for sales in the United States.
Produced by RSK-MiG, it has been adopted by the Republic of Korea Air Force as a primary trainer, Il-103 is called the T-103 in Korea.
