Admiral Sir Henry Frederick Nicholson KCB (21 October 1835 – 1915) was a Royal Navy officer who went on to be Commander-in-Chief, The Nore.

Nicholson joined the Royal Navy in 1849.[1]
He was Captain of HMS Temeraire at the Bombardment of Alexandria in 1882[2] and went on to be Captain of HMS Asia in 1884.[1] He became Commander-in-Chief, Cape of Good Hope and West Coast of Africa Station in 1890 and Commander-in-Chief, The Nore in 1896.[1] He retired in 1897.[1]
He died in 1915.[3]
