HMS Rooke (1946 shore establishment) was the a Royal Navy based from 1946 to 1990.

Located on Queensway Road near Reclamation Road, the based replaced HMS Cormorant and became a Joint Service Base. The RN closed the base and paid it off in 1996 and is now headquarters for the Gibraltar Defence Police. The base is named for George Rooke, Admiral of the Fleet.

The RN is located further south at PJOB Gibraltar (Gibraltar Squadron).
