Rear Admiral Geoffrey Mawuli Biekro (born 28 August 1952)[1] is a Ghanaian Military Officer. He is the Chief of Naval Staff. He was appointed in April 2013 after Vice Admiral Matthew Quashie was elevated to Chief of Defence Staff .[2][3]
