The 航空集団 (Fleet Air Force koukuushuudan) is the section of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force that is responsible for the aircraft operated by that branch of the Japan Self Defense Force. It is headquartered in Naval Air Facility Atsugi[1] and is responsible for both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.[2][3]
