Lieutenant General Prince Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (born August 1959)[1] is a Saudi Arabian prince and military officer who serves as the commander of the Saudi-led coalition joint forces operating in Yemen. He was appointed to the post in February 2018 by royal decree, and before that he was the commander of the Royal Saudi Land Forces since April 2017. He also previously led the Saudi special forces and paratroops.[2][3][4]
Prince Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz is the son of Prince Turki II bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He joined the Saudi military in 1983 and completed the U.S. Army Field Artillery School in 1984. He also has a master's degree in international business administration from the U.S. International University.[2]
