Emerson "Doc" Beauchamp (June 14, 1899 – April 15, 1971) served as the 41st Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky, under Governor Lawrence Wetherby.

"Doc" Beauchamp was from Logan County, Kentucky. He served in the U.S. Army during World War I and World War II. He served in the Kentucky Senate from 1944 through 1946. He was elected Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky in 1951 and served 1951-55. Beauchamp was a Kentucky delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 1952, 1956 and 1960. He served as Kentucky State Treasurer from 1964 to 1968.
