Air Vice-Marshal Edward Apau Mantey (born 10 May 1946) was a senior commander in Ghana Air Force and Ghanaian Chief of the Air Staff from 16 March 2001 until May 2005.[1]

In late 2006, Mantey was appointed as the Ghanaian ambassador to Turkmenistan.[2] Currently, Mantey is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to the Russian Federation.[3]
