Deborah Louise Kotulich[1] is a United States Army major general who last served as the Chief of Staff of the United States Transportation Command. Previously, she served as the Commander of the 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary).[2][3][4][5] Kotulich is a 1990 graduate of the United States Military Academy[1] with a B.S. degree in engineering. She later earned a M.S. degree in national resource strategy from the Eisenhower School at the National Defense University.[6]
