Darryl LeMon Glenn (born October 10, 1965) is an American politician and lawyer. He was the nominee of the Republican Party in the 2016 United States Senate election in Colorado.[2][3] He lost to Democratic incumbent Michael Bennet. Glenn was formerly a U.S. Air Force officer, retiring as a lieutenant colonel after 21 years of combined active and reserve duty.[4] He ran for the Colorado Springs City Council in 2003, but lost.[5] He was elected to the City Council in 2005 for the 2nd district.[6] He was reelected in 2009.[7] In 2010 was elected as District 1 county commissioner in El Paso County.[8] He was re-elected as commissioner in 2014.[9]
Glenn unsuccessfully ran for Colorado's 5th congressional district in 2018, going up against incumbent Representative Doug Lamborn.[10]
