Charlie Barreras was born 13 November 1919 in Cimarron, New Mexico.[1][2] He was Killed in action 28 February 1945 while serving as a Private in the United States Army during World War II.[1][2] He is buried in Florence American Cemetery and Memorial in Florence, Italy.[1][2] His grave can be found in section G, row 13, grave 6.[1][2]
