Biographical Directory of the United States Congress

The Biographical Directory of the United States Congress, also known as Bioguide, is a comprehensive biographical dictionary that includes all present and former members of the United States Congress and its predecessor, the Continental Congress. It also includes Delegates from territories and the District of Columbia and Resident Commissioners from the Philippines and Puerto Rico.

The directory was first created in 1859 and has been republished in print editions, the latest being in 2005.
