The Battle of Dilman (April 15, 1915) was a battle fought at Dilman between the Russian Empire and the Ottoman Empire which resulted in a Russian-Armenian victory under Tovmas Nazarbekian[2] and Andranik Ozanian. Apart from the Armenian officers who served under Tovmas Nazarbekian's battalions of the Russian Caucasus Army, the Armenians also ran a volunteer battalion under the leadership of the commander Andranik and with the perticipation of Smbat Baroyan.
