Aslambek Aslakhanov

Aslambek Akhmedovich Aslakhanov (Асламбек Ахметович Аслаханов) is the State Duma deputy from Chechnya, advisor and former aide to Russian president Vladimir Putin. He is a retired General of the MVD.
