Army of Occupation is a term for an army occupying conquered territory, and has been used for many armies in many eras including:
- The Army of Occupation (Mexico) of the U.S. Army commanded by Zachary Taylor just after the annexation of Texas and into the Mexican-American War.
- The Army of Occupation of Germany (British), or the British Army of the Rhine, stationed in Germany following World Wars I and II.
- The Army of Occupation of Germany (US), the US Army, stationed in Germany following World Wars I and II.
