The Delegation was commanded by Colonel [[Jan Rzepecki]], who designated his deputy, Colonel [[Janusz Bokszczanin]]. Its structure was based on that of the [[Home Army]], and after its dissolution, new anti-Communist organization [[Freedom and Independence]] was created.
