Andrej Osterman

Andrej Osterman^[1] (transl. Andrew Easterman) is the 25th Commander-in-General of the Slovenian Army, having taken this position in 2012 after the attempted coup d'etat by the previous General Veselnitskaya.

The Osterman family occupies a prominent position in Slovenian politics. His grandfather Steve Osterman served in the 5th Cavalry regiment in the fight against the Nazis.
