General Abdelaziz Bennani (Arabic language: عبد العزيز بناني‎ – born 1935, Taza) is a senior Moroccan Army officer who is, since 27 July 2004, "General Inspector of the Armed Forces", the professional head of the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces, succeeding General Abdelhaq Kadiri.[3][4] He is the commander of the Southern Zone since the death General Ahmed Dlimi.
