The 90th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron (90 EARS) is a provisional United States Air Force unit. It is assigned to the 385th Air Expeditionary Group and is currently stationed at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.[1]

Activated during the Cold War, the 90th Air Refueling Squadron is currently an inactive United States Air Force unit. It was last assigned to the 40th Bombardment Wing, stationed at Forbes AFB, Kansas. It was inactivated on 15 November 1962.

The squadron flew KC-97G Stratotankers in support of USAF operations on a worldwide basis. It was assigned to the following Strategic Air Command wings during its existence:

Consolidated with the 390th Bombardment Squadron, Medium, on 19 September 1985
(Department of the Air Force Directive: DAF/MPM 662q, Dated: 19 September 1985)

The squadron was inactivated with the phaseout of the KC-97 from SAC being replaced by the jet-powered KC-135 Stratotanker and reactivated as a provisional KC-135 Stratotanker organization as part of the Global War On Terrorism in approximately 2002.
