The 323d Fighter-Interceptor Squadron is an inactive United States Air Force unit. Its last assignment was with Air Defense Command stationed at Ernest Harmon Air Force Base, Newfoundland. It was inactivated on 1 July 1960.

Air defense and operational training unit until February 1944, and afterward replacement training unit until April 1944. Air Defense of the Pacific Northwest, 1952–1955; Air Defense of the Upper Midwest, 1955–1957; Air Defense of Northeast North America, 1957–1960.
