The 321st Air Refueling Squadron is an inactive United States Air Force unit. It was last assigned to the 301st Bombardment Wing, stationed at Lockbourne AFB, Ohio. It was inactivated on 15 March 1965.

The squadron flew the KC-97 Stratotanker, providing air refueling to USAF units from 1952-1962. It was assigned to the following units:

• Strategic Air Command, 8 Dec 1953-8 Nov 1954 (Not manned or equipped)
• 321st Bombardment Wing, 8 Nov 1954-16 Sep 1956
• 26th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing, 16 Aug 1956-15 Apr 1958
• 301st Bombardment Wing, 15 Apr 1958-15 Mar 1965

• Sheppard AFB, Texas, 8 Dec 1953-8 Nov 1954
• Maxwell AFB, Alabama, 8 Nov 1954-16 Sep 1956
• Lockbourne AFB, Ohio, 16 Aug 1956-15 Mar 1965

The squadron was inactivated in 1965 as part of the phaseout of the KC-97 from SAC.
