The 1st Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment is a battalion sized stryker squadron of the 14th Cavalry Regiment within the United States Army currently serving under the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division and based at Fort Lewis, Washington.

Lineage[]
- Constituted 2 February 1901 in the Regular Army as Troop A, 14th Cavalry
- Organised 7 March 1901 at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas
- (14th Cavalry assigned 15 August 1927 to the 2nd Cavalry Division)
- Inactivated 15 July 1942 at Fort Riley, Kansas, and relieved from assignment to the 2nd Cavalry Division
- Disbanded 26 October 1944
- Reconstituted 20 December 1948 as Company A, 14th Armoured Cavalry, and activated in West Germany
- Re-designated 15 May 1960 as Troop A, 14th Armoured Cavalry
- Inactivated 17 May 1972 in West Germany
- Re-designated 16 September 2000 as Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 1st Squadron, 14th Cavalry, assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division, and activated at Fort Lewis, Washington (organic elements currently constituted and activated)
- Relieved 27 July 2005 from assignment to the 2nd Infantry Division and assigned to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division
- Re-designated 1 October 2005 as the 1st Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment
